Nothing to complain about, the venue met the demands, would recomand it. The English breakfast was to die for. The staff was efficient, rooms were great-sized and newly remodelled. The location was incredible - short walk to Northumberland, the centre of Bellingham, and Hareshaw Linn. Moreover, it was not very far from Saint Cuthbert's Church.

The English breakfast was sensational and the room was good sized and newly decorated. Its location was good, adjacent to restaurant and accommodation, and a beautiful waterfall.

Thank you you, guys! The hotel's staff are especially helpful and attentive. Their rooms are always pet-friendly and brand-new with a jacuzzi bath with TV screen above the bath, a wonderful bathroom plus great shower. They serve savoury food, have lots of options to choose from.

The staff was efficient, amazing friendly. Our double room was pet-friendly with a jacuzzi bath with TV screen above the bath, windows directly onto carpark, for instance as advertised. The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was outstanding.
